A Toronto-based technology and clinical content company has been connected to a leading hospital information system in Saudi Arabia for several years. Think Research Corporation is partners with OASIS, currently an active provider of electronic health record (EMR) systems in 41 hospitals of Saudi Arabia. Through the partnership, Thinks Research Corporation will provide more than 12,000 clinical decision support tools research point-of-care physicians with the latest evidence-based knowledge via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. SaaS model of the OASIS which is a part of the Al Murjan Holding Group is one of the largest health management systems in the Middle East and reputedly has the largest market share in large and medium-sized hospitals.
This latest agreement marks a great business expansion of Think Research’s in the Middle East. Since 2019, this Canadian company has been providing healthcare software solutions for public and private hospitals in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Expanding their presence in the Middle East is one of Think’s top priorities in order to expand its global footprint. This partnership allows more doctors to easily access the Think Clinical Library integrated into the electronic medical record system.
